Morn 0815hrs.. Reached campus liao.. Was all ready 2 chiong 4 NAPFA test.. Zz.. Super sianz feelin was seen on every1 faces.. Words of complaints were heard,"Can dun run or not.. Super tired.."
But anyway, E SW lecturers wun entertain such stuffs.. So 0830hrs.. SK, SL n my class, SM were already in e MPH.. Yawns!
1st station 4 me n e rest was Sit-Up.. @ 1st help Ber 2 count.. Den vice versa.. N YES! Both of us did 43 Sit-Ups within e stated time.. So it was a A..
Movin on, we did Sit n Reach.. Tried hard but it din pass 37plus.. So it was a B only.. Still not too bad huh..
Den cums Shuttle Run.. Zz.. I ran a timin of 10.7sec.. N it is another B.. But tis B seems 2 coz me injury.. Coz my shoes lacked friction le.. So I had rubbed against e floor.. INJURY!!
2 more static stns.. But e guys, J3m, Ber n Me went 4 Pull Up 1st.. Ok.. I super ma lu.. Ber did 11.. J3m 6.. Me?? Sigh.. 0 @ 1st.. Retake once 3.. Retake twice 4.. =( Plus also blisters on my hand aft tt.. =( So it was a E..

Aft instructions given, we ran lyk dere is no tml.. Hahax.. I started off wit a standard speed.. Followed by a chiong speed.. But by 1.2, when I reached e checkpoint, I started 2 feel pain.. So I could only run, jog n walk 2 e end.. Tt continued quite a long tym I suppose.. Coz I picked up very quickly in e 1st half..
Ended 2.4 finally.. Ranked 12 among all.. Dunno timin thou... But I tink 10mins plus.. Cleared e record wit e lecturer n I soon find myself dead.. In a close 2 blackout stage.. Realli.. I tot I was dyin 4 a moment man.. Buay Tah Han..
