Supposed 2 b a home stay day but tis Sunday was special as I got e chance 2 hop on 2 e SINGAPORE FLYER!! Wee..
Thx 2 my dad n e Singapore Maritime Officers Union (SMOU), my family n I got e chance 2 fly...
Woke up earli in e morn.. Ard 0900hrs.. Prepared myself 4 e excitin flyin journey.. Set off 2 Marina Bay shortly aft.. Reachin @ abt 1000hrs..
Swiftly, we passed thru e crowds n got our goodie bags.. Tis is coz of e family day event held by SMOU.. E goodie bag was erm.. U noe.. Hahax.. Contains only a bottle of water, an apple n a cap.. Hahax.. But still alright lahz.. Coz e ride itself alr costs some close to $30 per person.. N we got 4..
Oh.. We din go wit my bro.. Coz my elder bro had weddin lunch appt.. So instead, we brought along Mrs Matsuyama, my dad's jap rep's wife along.. *I bet she had a great day..*
Aft gettin e goodie bags, we headed straight 4 some bites.. Had quite a heavy breakfast.. 3 pcs chicken, 2 pcs fish fillet, a crabmeat sandwich, 3 coffee, plus an Ice Mocha 4 myself.. Yeap.. It was yummy.. Esp e chicken n fish fillet.. Coz it was fresh.. E fish fillet was very soft.. =)
@ abt 1100hrs, we went ard e shoppin area.. Went into Asian Collections.. Where my parents got attracted 2 e mini fu, lu, shou.. Hahax.. While me? Juz browsin ard.. N I saw tis shirt.. Juz a t shirt alone wor.. $45.. Woot.. *Very takai, meanin very expensive in Jap* Hahax..
@ 1130hrs plus.. We started queuin 4 e entry into e flyer.. E process was pretty fast.. But was rather lei chey.. Coz got security checks as well..
We officially entered into 1 capsule of e flyer n we were flyin high high into e sky....
E Singapore Flyer is standin @ 165 metres tall (Height of a 42 storey building).. Each ride duration is about 30 minutes.. N n.. Each capsule can comfortably acconodate up to 28 people.. Frm e flyer, we are able to take in different perspective of e dynamic Singapore landscape and even parts of Malaysia n Indonesia @ every turn of e wheel..
Aft everythin, we were back on land.. Hahax.. Headed 2 Level 2 of e shoppin area 2 haf some viewin pleasure of e surroundings.. Also had our lunch redemption b4 leavin e area..
Sent Mrs Matsuyama home while my family headed 2 c my granny @ R.C.H.M.C.C..
E trip was a fruitful 1 but as usual, everythin dere was meant 4 e tourists.. So thus, it was very takai.. Hahax..
