Well, recap of past 3 mths..
Ups n downs is all I could say.. No doubts.. I do haf my ups.. When I can perform work on my own n resolve many issues independently.. Handle some ad-hoc projects given by my colleagues, n my various superiors.. All was done nice n beautiful..
As of downs, I had my fair share I guess.. When I did not meet e expectations of my superiors.. Or some carelessness or gan-chong-ness on my part.. Every1 who noes me well will noe I m a gan chong spider.. Tried 2 control lahz.. But it seems hard sometyms..
Anyway, I kinda noe wad I m gettin 4 my Periodic Assessment 1.. *Although it is not marked..*
Appraisals by 2 superiors.. 1 frm a Management Trainee.. And e other frm my direct superior, my manager, Bernard Liew..
Start off wit Bernard.. He din comment much.. Coz he asked me 2 grade myself.. I told as he instructed but I juz gave myself some very low marks.. Reason being, I noe I din meet his expectations much.. So ya..
He spoke 2 me.. N he asked me e reasons n I explained accordingly.. He told me tt he also wun wanna gif me such low marks.. Coz tt's not wad he wanted.. He agreed tt I do not haf much initiative.. *Reason being coz my work is ad-hoc n dere is nth much tt I can do w/o bein instructed..* So yeap.. Shall c wad he grades @ e end..
As 4 my Management Trainee, Lynette.. She gave me more positive feedbacks.. She told me abt how I could better improve myself.. Dun b so gan chong spider etc.. Tt's y "EAGER BEAVER" came abt.. Yeap..
Besides tt, nth much..
On a side note, I done up my office dept's Christmas Tree on Friday.. Tgt wit Gionel.. Din haf e chance 2 take a pic.. Shall do so when I return back office Monday aftnoon or Tuesday.. *I m on leave on Monday..*
